Transport Support Services
At Alphacare Services, we are committed to helping participants build capacity for independent travel. This includes providing access to personal transport aids and equipment, as well as training to help participants confidently use public transport. For participants who are unable to travel independently, our transport support may also cover reasonable and necessary costs for taxis or other private transport options. Additionally, we offer transport to and from school for students.

Our transport services are designed to be convenient, safe, and tailored to individual needs. An Alphacare Services staff member can assist by driving you to appointments or other community locations, and will ensure you return home once your appointment or activity is completed. Our transport services can be scheduled on an ongoing basis, such as for regular trips to the shops or medical appointments. We provide scheduled transport to help you get to:

• School or other educational facilities
• Work
• Medical appointments or visits to healthcare providers
• Local shopping centers
• Other community locations

Qualified and Safe Service
All of our staff members have valid Working with Children Checks, Police checks, and the appropriate qualifications to work in the disability sector. We are dedicated to ensuring a safe and comfortable journey for all participants.
